The SPEC Indicator (Specific Energy): The true performance of a compressor is measured by its SPEC, i.e., the electrical energy required to produce one cubic meter of air (kWh/m³). Our platform calculates this indicator in real time by aggregating data from your network analyzers and air flow meters. Any drift in this ratio triggers an alert, signaling a drop in efficiency (clogged filters, internal leaks, mechanical wear).

EnergySave creates a theoretical model of your compressor's normal behavior. By observing the historical data and calculating the SPEC ratio, the system detects gradual drifts (for example, the compressor consumes more and more Electricity to provide the same volume of air). This drift warns the maintenance team of wear and tear even before the machine breaks down.
Yes. The comparison feature allows you to display the efficiency curves of multiple compressors simultaneously. It is the ideal tool for energy managers who want to identify which machine to use as a base load and which to use for backup to optimize costs.
The EnergySave solution connects directly to your compressors (via our SmartBox) to extract all operational and consumption data in real time. If your compressors are older generation or non-communicating, we offer an alternative method: installing an electrical network analyzer (to measure energy consumption) coupled with an air flow meter (to measure the volume produced). In either case, the platform synchronizes these data streams to automatically calculate your performance indicators (e.g., SPEC ratio) in the Cloud.
